This site is for assisting in compliance with 16 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 68, Elimination of Architectural Barriers which requires construction projects with estimated costs over $50,000 to be reviewed and inspected for compliance with the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS). Robert Ronson is certified by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) as a Registered Accessibility Specialist (#16) and his expertise can assist you in fulfilling these requirements anywhere in the state. · Step 1 is submittal for a plan review and get your AB Number for inclusion for building permit at the same time. Go to the Plan Review Section. · Step 2 is requesting the follow-up inspection within 30 days following completion of construction. Go to the Inspections section.
